I'm indifferent to this....love the picture of the row of houses on the cover but hate the way the authors name and title dominate it (I have a weird aversion to that type of font too).
The premise is interesting.....I like books told from different viewpoints if this is done well and each voice is distinct, and love when those threads begin to weave together.....but I fear this may be a little too 'whimsical' for my taste judging by the cover.....
