The first thing that appeals to me about this book is the fact that it follows multiple main characters. I love these stories, seeing how each of their lives intertwine. Secondly, this book seems to have taken a more mysterious, darker route than is the norm in its genre, and this intrigues me. While I have enjoyed many books in this genre, this book sounds like something a bit different and I would be keen to give it a go.
