This book was a lovely, pleasant read but not very exciting. The story is set in Dublin in a place called Primrose Square, lots of houses all around a private garden, like the ones in London. I liked the idea of all these people living in close proximity and knowing and getting on well with each other. However I found that the book really centred around only three of the residents, their stories and their families, Susan, Melissa and Jayne and later on another character Nancy. I would have liked to have had more characters and their stories interwoven whilst not losing the main thread.

However I did enjoy reading the book and can think of a couple of people that I could recommend it too who would enjoy it more than me.
