Very moving and stirred my emotions
This book was a joy to read from start to finish. It got going straight away and all through I really wanted to read more.
It was a book focusing on members all living on the same street and how their lives have changed: one mother losing her oldest daughter and struggling to come to terms with it. A daughter who just can not reach her mother to help. A widow who meets a man who changes her life and a single young lady who has run away from her past in London.
Each chapter of the book is written from the perspective of one of the characters so you skip from each character and find out the stories as the book goes along.
The story is very moving as you learn the background of each character and how they grow and there is a happy ending and lots of tears.
