I would have preferred if the first impression had started at page 1 to give me more background rather than dive straight into the action. That said the stories were fascinating recollections although it’s hard to say how unbiased the depiction is, for me they’re more background stories of the Kray era. Although I’m aware of the Krays I’ve never been into gangster tales so although interesting enough it’s just not for me
