oh wow. this was such a compelling read. i also caught a glimpse of the kray twins that i did not know much about. my grandad used to see them, he lived in the eastend- so it was great to be able to read this view against what my late grandad told me. the writing is straight to the point, but that was what it needed. i think the most interesting concept of the book was that the author was actually in the firm. i also enjoyed the images that came inside the book. i gave this book 4 stars because it was an easy read, full of menacing tales of the notorious gangstas of the eastend and thorough. furthrmore, it missed out on the 5 stars simply because i dont particularly enjoy biography style books. if you are eager to learn more about these villians- i highly recommend!!
