This book is a very interesting and informative insight into the utter horror that plagued the east end for years the dreaded 'firm' headed up by possibly the two worst gangsters London has ever seen or will ever likely see anything like again. This book documented the charged tempers of the two brother's, their betrayal and deceit of everybody who worked for and with them as well as each other, the paranoia was incredible so powerful, I'm just happy that John got out of their world when he did and relatively unscathed to boot, what an interesting book, and what a truly interesting man John is, I would highly recommend this fantastic book to all true crime fans one of the best crime books I've ever read!!
