First of all I absolutely love the Cover its very bright and draws your attention straight to the title. I also love the fact that "boys will be 'boys'" is crossed out and replaced with "held accountable". As a student within social sciences I learnt often boys often got away with things just because they were 'boys' whether this be fighting, truanting, messing around etc in comparison to girls who are often stigmatised if they did the same thing if not less harming. The fact that it says 'held a accountable' further suggests an element of mystery and justice being served which I love. I also love the starting of the book with the letters from the head teacher to the 3 individuals of their acceptance into the school and the page going gray, I live it. After that extract I can't wait to read on when I get the chance.
