From the cover, the statement "boys will be - held accountable ", it already is keeping on-trend and as a feminist it immediately grabs your attention. After reading the first extract, the writing style lures you in, gradually building tension and revealing more layers of characters and depth to the main storyline. I liked the one main theme underpinning all of the pieces added to the story, as it made the writing flow well and it kept me interested.
