I was very excited for this book and I am happy that I enjoyed this!
It proved to be a captivating read. I make an effort to explore recently published young adult books because I don't want to fall behind, and this one, in particular, grabbed my attention. The writing had an engaging tone when portraying each of the three main characters. I also admired how the lives of these characters seamlessly converged, avoiding any sense of artificiality or contrivance. I think that many readers will find resonance in this book, irrespective of whether they belonged to the popular clique, the nerd group, attended a private school, yearned for acceptance and recognition, or experienced being used and abused, feeling helpless and utterly alone. As this book proved its not all men but it is mostly men and thats such an important point to drive home. Im glad this book did it. great read and I will read more from this author in the future for sure!!!!
