i was gripped by this book, a story of growing up and dealing with trauma, and the importance of true friendship, each character is flawed in their own way, each needing to find their inner straighten to over come their sinecures, with lessons of the grass is not always greener, and most importantly how we need to stand up to the toxic masculinity in the world, while what happed to Q at the hands of Colin is horrible the book also shows the power of friendship and how it can help you over come the darkest of situations, the characters are relatable, even if you have never gone through a dark ordeal you will of felt some of the same institutes and never feeling enough that the others are dealing with, max is an interesting character, feeling himself chance from a good but mostly overlooked student to suddenly past of the popular boys, and the journey it takes him on,
