The cover seemed to invite me in into a mythical tale in a land of fantasy. After an initial slightly confusing but necessary prologue, the story begins. I met a young girl with a love of fantasy books having a difficult time at school. She then gets a visit from an ice giant in a hailstorm and is entrusted with the safe keeping of an important gem. Can’t wait to see what adventures she gets up to and the confrontations ahead.
