Firstly the cover is absolutely stunning. Mythical, gorgeous colours that stand out and a sneak preview of the kids on the back of what looks to be a stag - really pull those witchy earthy magical readers in (me included).
Secondly, Irish folklore - COUNT ME IN. I love the premise: the stone can be used for great good or great evil, depending on its keeper. I'm already rooting for Rose and can see it's a book me and the family would enjoy.
