This is a children’s book which I am sure will capture the imagination of its young readership.
However I am not very familiar with Irish folklore, and to be honest I found the prologue to the book a little confusing. There were a lot of unfamiliar names which were a bit difficult to remember and so it seemed hard to follow the action. Still , once chapter one started all was well .
