The book begins with twin stories of troubled people, one father whose daughter has been missing for 3 years, one teenager whose mother moves them from house to house living with unsuitable men. I've got no idea what is going to happen, whether or if the stories are linked, but the writing and the descriptions of Sweden are beautiful.
