Lelle (father) drops his daughter off at a remote bus stop of the tranquil Silver Road – but he makes a crucial mistake. Instead of waiting for the bus to arrive and making sure Lina (daughter) is safely on the bus he drives off. Lina never gets on the bus and is now missing for 3 years. Lelle’s marriage collapses as his wife blames his for the disappearance of their daughter. Lelle now spends the evenings driving along the Silver Road to see if he can trace his daughter.
