this book is set in northern Sweden. The story is about a teacher whose daughter disappeared three years ago. Due to this tragedy his marriage broke down and his wife left him. He was even a suspect in his own daughter's disappearance for a while and he thought the world was crashing down around him.He started drinking to get him through for a while. He also feels is is accompanied by the ghost of his daughter as he travels the roads in his car at night trying to find any clues or reasons as to why she disappeared or as to where she is now.
Some of the language and sentences are a little odd and strange to follow but the author gives a chill down the spine in some parts and as you read you feel the dark eerie tale unfold in your mind as if for real. Good job I am not easily spooked !
