I think that this book is intriguing. I was disappointed to have to stop reading! I don't think the synopsis sells it very well though. Would I pick it up just from reading that? No. Having read the first impression, would I struggle to put it down? Yes!! Definitely. A friend lent me Iain Ryan's The Student. If this is anywhere near as good it should be a hit!
