I love this type of book. Historical's are my favorite read, in fact I hardly ever read contemporary. This is a subject that is quite overlooked I think. You rarely see books written about it. The twenties were a time of enjoyment and disregard for the conventions as people tried to put the horrors of the war behind them. For many though it was the end of dreams of a husband and home of their own. Men were just so scarce. Looking forward to reading this one way or another.
