Historical fiction isn't my usual go-to but I am making a conscious effort to read more. Not a huge fan of the cover as I feel that it is too stereotypical of the genre. The story itself wasn't particularly engaging at the start, although I am interested in seeing how the character develops. I did feel that this could be a good read for post-war feminist topics, which does intrigue me!
