I absolutely loved this book, it is just my cup of tea. Set in the 1920's after the Great War it follows Belinda who is grieving for her beloved Ben.
Belinda has been struggling with life now that her dreams of marriage and home life have all gone and so she decides to sign up to a secretarial course where she meets Patience and Prudence.
I love this genre of book set in life just after the Great War, you really feel for the characters and their struggles, I felt I was getting to know the characters personalities as I read more and more.
