This was a real heartwarming historical book. I loved it. It had some great characters in it and I would love to now read more books by this author. This author was new to me but I am now on the look out for more of their books. I have recommended this book to my friends and family as I think they would really love it too. My sister loves dilly court books and this storyline reminded me of dilly courts books too. It was a real page turner and I liked how the storyline panned out throughout the story. I love all things set in the past and living through the 1920’s in this book was magical! Belinda, the main character was a delight to read about and I didn’t want this story to end. Hoping to read more of polly heron books
