Love the way characters and plot has been introduced

I love historical fiction but the one in the book is not something I am familiar with. But the minute I got through a couple of pages, I was interested and hooked. Loved the character of Jayne and also the setting. I was totally invested by the time I got to the end of the sample pages and wanted to keep reading.

Definitely a thumbs up from me!
