A truly harrowing, and somehow romantic love story set amidst the utter horrors of the Nazi death camp, Auschwitz. I have completely fallen in love with every part of this book. The reason I fell so hard is that it shows even in the darkest of times for humanity, love still prevails!
Every character in the book I felt completely involved with, and I'm dying to know more about every single one! What happened to them all? I found I was constantly having to remind myself that the story is real, and the characters were real people.
The writing style is so easy to read. Nothing too complex, which made the book incredibly easy to pick up and read, and whenever I put the book down, all I could think about was when I could start reading again! I cannot recommend enough!
