This is not the usual type of book I read however I had heard so many reviews about it that I really wanted to read it for myself. It has been one of the most moving stories I have read in ages to be honest. One's journey through one of the worst experiences you could ever have to go through. The hope that sustained him amongst the horrors of the concentration camps, and the love he found, is told with sensitivity and grace. It's beautiful they way there was still some love and light in this. The strength of the person shines through out and I cannot even imagine having been through something so awf. It was hard to put down, I had to keep reading. And I loved that they found love for each other.
