I loved the writing style in the Tattooist of Auschwitz (I even read the authors notes which I never usually do) it was a gripping and captivating story of Lale and Gita and the hardships their love survived. I want to pass this book on to everyone I know and will recommend it at every opportunity, definitely in my top 5 books list and should be in everyone’s top 100 books to read in life. I felt I learned laughed cried and felt increadibly lucky to live in 2018 and not 1942. I will never forget this story and the way it was written, it had a remarkable message and you have to read to the end to understand this message and why it was written. Thank you Heather for helping Lae tell his story in such a beautiful way.
