So I saw this book on my friends book shelf and I know I had to read it. It's a real page turner and you can imagine all those scenes taking place. In places it was sad but you have to keep reading it. I've read all there is to read about Anne Frank and if you're interested in her then you will want to read this. It is a subject that I do feel should be taught in schools. It did make me cry in places because you knew that you were reading about true historical events and we all know how that ended. I am grateful to my friend who lent me this book and I heard myself say to my children just one more chapter.
