This is a book written to reflect the main character and his personal experience within a camp that held Jewish prisoners. His own personal sacrifices for the ones he loved and came to love how he survived and met the love of his life in the most horrible unhumanly place on earth it is truly an amazing story of sadness and bravery and hope that kept me gripped till the very end. The tattoist of auchwits is truly a tale of love sadness and it was amazing to read every word hoping and praying it would not end so horribly and feeling sadness for those whose life ended in that terrible place. But understanding that love can blossom even in the most evil and desolate places gives hope to anyone who reads this story you will smile and cry in equal amounts
