Wow! This is one of the best books I have ever read so far. I went to Poland once and visited Auschwitz and now that I'm reading this book I cannot let it go. I'm already browsing online to buy other books related to Auschwitz.
Also, it is a true story so that is a plus as well for me. The story is very easy written to read and gives you good explanation of how they used to live. These poor people went through a lot. Gita and Lale are two amazing characters whom fell for each other whilst they were in Auschwitz. You can find the characters true photos at the back few pages of the book.
As I said before, I am looking forward to buy more books about Auschwitz and also to browse for more books by the author.
