I’ve always wanted to learn more about the Holocaust and the small snippet I have read today has informed me of a lot of how the prisoners were treated and the awful conditions they were put through
The authors writing style presents this information well and creates a connection with the main character Lale
Overall the plot seems interesting and I am excited to learn more from this book and understand the tragic events that occurred. The author has a great writing style and captivates you on the first page!
I am only giving it four stars as the main plot to the book is yet to be revealed to me from the small preview but obviously there book needs to lay some foundation before heading straight into the main plot.
I’m not sure if this is included at any point in the book but a glossary of some words that can be referred back to such as Kapos
Overall it seems like a really good read that I will definetly be purchasing on my kindle
