This was such an interesting extract! I loved how the book flashed back and forwards in time, as well as between different characters. This was a great way to tell the story from different perspectives, allowing the reader to empathise with many different characters.
I was also intrigued by Victoria's suicide being described in the prologue, by doing this I was even more investing in learning what events happened that drove her to her dramatic death.
I can't wait to read more from this book!
