When I read the synopsis I wasn't sure I would like this book, but the first chapters quickly gripped my interest. I like the narrative style which is economic and hard hitting. The prologue hooks you in very quickly and the time switches work well. There were many phrases and moments I identified with and I certainly want to read the rest of th he book.
