The prologue does what a good prologue should - give you just enough nuggets of information to draw you in to the story but not enough so you don't want to read on because you know the way it's likely to go. Already there are so many questions and I really like the creepy atmosphere of Temple House school the author has created. Mallory Towers it ain't!
