I read to page 17 and was a little confused on who was writing the story and what relation they where to Victoria or Louisa, the first couple of pages where confusing re Victoria and trying to set the scene. Why did she jump, wonder if that is told further on in the book. Is it based on a true story? I'm not sure, confused.
