Great debut book from author Rachel Donohue.
The temple house vanishing is a book based around a boarding school a teacher and 2 young girls, 1 of whom is new to the school on a scholarship and didnt really fit in due to most other students being rich and paying for theirs. The girls get close and friendly with their male teacher Mr Lavelle and spend a substantual amount of time in eachothers company, this then esculates to the dissapearance of the teacher and his student Louisa, This leave many people speculating what could have happened or what did mr lavelle do with her. 25 years later a journalist starts looking into their dissapearance which opens up alsorts of secrets, the temple house school seems to have something about it that seemed odd. The story is written coming from both the journalist and louisa so you get the point of view from both characters and right at the end it all unfolds and the truth is revealed. Brilliant book which is very well written and gripping to making it hard to put down once you pick it up so i advise to have a fair few spare house to read befor starting haha.
