The Temple House Vanishing by Rachel Donohue started in a very promising way, although initially it was a little confusing as to whose eyes I was reading it from. It’s not hugely action packed, more of a slow burner and someone used to more frantic novels would say it’s a bit on the slow side. But overall I found it very enjoyable and an easy read. Well written and intriguing enough to make me continue reading. I would recommend this if you want something not too complicated. I liked the main character and also the setting. Also enjoyed the storyline. I would definitely recommend the book to others and intend to have a look at whether the author has written any more books, would buy something similar by her.
