Although being a huge fan of young Leonardo DeCaprio in the original Titanic movie, I’m highly excited for this new and refreshing adventure centred around one of the world's most famous tragedies. From the synopsis alone, I was gripped. The plot holds great potential, with room for huge misunderstandings and a whole rollercoaster of emotions and themes to dominate the plot, one which I immensely welcome. The writing style seen from the ‘First Look’ shows Patricia Falvey’s eloquent and flowing literacy techniques, along with the dynamic plot proves that ‘The Titanic Sisters’ will be a great read.
I look forward to seeing the portrayal of the two sisters, their differences in attitudes and actions, as well as their similarities. I’m also looking forward to discovering the portrayal of the before and aftermath of the tragic events, the characters’ reactions and their responses to the struggles and changes faced in their lives.
