Really enjoyed this book as I am a huge fan of historical fiction.
From even the title I was hooked, with the way in which the book was written, I felt like I was there and could picture exactly what was happening and could connect with each character.
I loved how the book was written, from the persepctive of each sister so the reader could find out how each sister was and what they were doing.
I didn't like Nora's character at the beginning of the book and didn't like how she treated her sister. As the book developed so did her character and at the end of the book I felt connected to her and glad she changed and made amends with her family.
I could not put the book down when reading this and have given this book to my nan to read who is also hooked! Would recommend to anyone and look forward to more work from the author.
