I absolutely loved it. What a great start to a book. It was interesting to read the vet's life story. What a wonderful human being. He is obviously both caring and compassionate.
The random sections on each animal proved to be both funny and informative. You feel as if you are with the vet in his clinic. The facts at the end of the sections were very interesting. Who'd have thought that an armadillo could jump four feet in the air.
It was a mean trip that he played on the nurse though, but it seemed to amuse him for a while.
I was eager to read more of the book. The stories I'm sure would be told with great humour and insight.
I would definitely buy this book and enjoy many happy hours in it's company. Well done.
