I am an animal lover. I am passionate about animal care and welfare and on the whole, this book was the perfect read for me. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book however I liked it not loved it. I don't know what it was, whether I wasn't in the mood to read or whether some parts of the book were disinteresting but whilst I did really enjoy this book I wouldn't on my own whim pick it up. A lot of the books' content was really genuinely interesting but the reason I am giving this book 3/5 stars rather than 5/5 is because of my reading experience.
Don't get me wrong this book IS NOT a bad book but I struggled to enjoy it completely like I thought that I would. If you like animals and are passionate about them then this book is a perfect read.
