I wasn't too keen on the cover of this book initially, but having read the first impression it is perfect for this creepy, atmospheric, ghostly tale.

The story begins in the long, hot summer of 1976, when weird things happen to sisters Bee and Loo. We are then brought into the present, with paranormal investigators undertaking a night-time vigil at their former home. Full of suspense and tension, and eloquently written, this book is right up my street.
