I was so excited when I won a copy of this on Reader's First. From first glance, it was everything that I wanted in a horror, thriller book. I will admit, this did take me a little while to get in to, bu after I got used to the characters and the style I found it a fantastic read. It was totally chilling and everything that I wanted and expected it to be.
The writing style was brilliant. I really felt like I understood the characters and how they felt. I also really enjoyed the premise of the story and the relationship between siblings. This was a truly dark and captivating novel and I would really like to read some more work by Amanda Mason after reading this. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a chilling creepy read.
