Great sequel.

I'm pretty new to reading Fantasy, but was issued a challenge by a young relative, to escape my usual genres.
I see this book, The Wicked king is the sequel to The Cruel Prince, which comes highly recommended.
Magic, politics & treachery.....strong men, but stronger women.
