Following on from the first fantastic novel, we can see how loyalty to family means so much and of how Jude would do anything she can to protect the ones that she cares for. Even if it does mean having to do things that she doesn't want too, or doesn't fully agree with.
I can see that Wicked King is going to be full of twists and turns again, to draw you in deeper between the pages until you don't know anything else but the story that you are reading.
My first impression of the cover is that it's beautifully done and that it matches the first book perfectly. It's bright and instantly draws your eyes to it's cover, something that will stand out brilliantly if you were to see it on a shelf in a store somewhere. It's a book that I would be proud to have sitting on a shelf or coffee table for all to see.
