I’ve always loved fantasy where there are two world, our world and completely different one with different types of magic. That concept has always intrigued me and I was pleasantly surprised to see this book had exactly that!
The style of writing was so easy to understand I enjoyed it so much! I didn’t have to put much effort into understanding certain phrases and that was certainly helpful!
The plot was amazing and I was intrigued with this book right from the beginning without a doubt. The whole book remained interesting and never once had a dead subplot, I just loved this book so much I’ll happily re-read it in about a month or two!
The characters… oh wow. Jude is such a badass and I adore her character so much. Also Vivian is adorable I want to hug her. Taryn is meh. However cardan… woah. He was the reason I started the book and he did not let me down. I love him and his tail.
