After reading the first book - I can not wait for this book! 'The Cruel Prince' absolutely drew me into the fantasy genre and I became fascinated with other similar books.
I absolutely love Black's writing style and I feel ready to be thrown into the fantasy world once again.
This book appears to follow the character of a young girl named Jude as she struggles to cope with the death of her parents and battles through this fantasy novel leaving you itching to turn the page onto the next chapter.
I read The cruel prince last year and was very surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I do like young adult books, but I tend to lean more towards thrillers, and I found the first book included an essence of thriller to it. I'm very keen to find out what happens next to Jude and Cardan and whether the sequel can continue to grip a bookworm like me.
