Holy knights faerie. If you love fantasy, human-fae relationships, drama and royal escapades then this book if for you. But make sure you read the first in this series (Cruel Prince) before jumping on this one. This second book is fast paced, colourful and a rollercoaster of emotion. The character development is brilliant and the storyline has so many twists and turns it will tie you in knots! At times it made me feel warm and fuzzy, and at other times it felt like I had been dropped from a great height. And the ending! What and ending! It was like a punch in the face, with a brick, by the hulk on steroids. Absolutely unpredictable, unique and unexpected. I cannot wait for the next installment in this epic fantasy world and would recommend it to any young adult, fantasy fan.
