This is not my favourite but I did enjoy it and I would read again. The plot was built up so well and the use of descriptive language was impeccable I could feel myself being transported right into faireland.
The characters in this book have been created so well that you relate to them and sympathise with them when theyre sad and celebrate when something goods happens.
If you have read the Cruel Prince definitely pick this one up. It is leaps and bounds better with regards to story telling and fantasy fiction writing.
If you love scheming and fiery drama this book is for you. Everything a fantasy novel should be. I'm interested to see how the series concludes as Holly Black is jusy going from strength to strength.
