I love the plot to this book so much but I feel like it was hyped up to much before I read it. The enemies to lovers idea was there but I felt like it wasn’t done enough justice as it was lacking in more of the lovers scenes. It seemed as though they only over each other right at the very end and even then I was sceptical about the “love”. I wish we could of seen more scenes with Jude and cardan. I also felt like the ending was a little rushed and I couldn’t quite grasp how everything was fixing itself. Apart from some minor flaws the book was an incredible read and it really pulls you into the world. I couldn’t put the book down and loved the ending even if I thought it went too fast. I suppose o didn’t want to leave that world. It’s different to the usual fae books I read and I loved the experience I got while reading it. She is a truly talented author and executed the series extremely well
