I don’t think it’s hugely memorable- I will probably forget the plot in a year tops, but generally, it was a lovely read! I loved all the characters, each, to me, seemed well developed, and real. I liked how this book wasn’t just huge on romance, end of. It had its fair share, but the book was mostly about the politics of the world, and the setting- life there.

I enjoyed most how absolutely none of the characters are completely likeable- all having these frustrating flaws- but it’s nice to read about it. Knowing they’re not perfect, like humans generally aren’t. Carden is an asshole, but I love it, of course, and Jude is........ Untruthworthy....... But it works.

And again- ENEMIES TO LOVERS! Can you ask for more!?

I keep getting second-hand embarrassment from Jude- I find her angry outbursts horrible to read, as a moderately calm person, but generally, I loved her sassy little self.
